Cooling That Suits the Room. And the Bill.
AC is usually the biggest electrical load in a Jamaican building. We supply and install the right unit for the space, keep it maintained, and can design solar to carry it.
Three Things We Do.Done Properly.
One team for the unit, the circuit that feeds it and the service visits after, so nothing falls between trades.
Supply & installation
We supply the unit, size it for the room, and install it with a properly rated circuit, clean refrigerant lines and correct drainage.
Maintenance
Scheduled cleaning of filters, coils and drain lines, with performance checks. Dust, salt air and humidity clog units quickly here, and a clogged unit costs more to run.
Commercial & residential
Homes, offices, clinics and shops. For larger buildings we plan the cooling load and the electrical supply together.
What Size Unit?Start Here.
Too small and it never catches up. Too big and it switches on and off, wastes power and leaves the room damp. This gives you a starting point.
Recommended capacity
Running cost per month
Guidance only. Final sizing depends on insulation, windows, roof type and ceiling height, and we confirm it on site.
Questions.Answered Plainly.
Inverter or conventional AC?
Inverter units vary their speed instead of switching fully on and off, so they use noticeably less electricity, hold the temperature more evenly and run quieter. For rooms that are cooled for many hours a day, they usually repay the higher purchase price.
How often should an AC unit be serviced?
For most homes, every 3–6 months. Busy offices and dusty or coastal locations may need cleaning more often.
Can solar run my air conditioning?
Yes. AC runs hardest in the sunniest hours, which is when solar produces most. We size the solar, the AC and the electrical supply together. See how our solar systems work.
