What we collect

Solar estimate requests: your name, email, phone number (optional), parish, property type, the electricity usage and charges you enter, and the JPS bill PDF you upload.
Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional) and message.
Technical data: your IP address and browser type, used to protect the site against abuse.
How you found us: if you arrived from one of our ads or another website, we note which one (for example "Instagram ad" or "Google search") and keep it with your request, so we know which advertising works. Your browser remembers this for 30 days; it contains no personal details, and we do not use Facebook or Google tracking code.

How we use it

To prepare and email your solar estimate, and to follow up about it.
To reply to your enquiries.
To keep a client record: if you leave the offers box ticked, your name, contact details, parish and estimate are kept on our private client list. Only signed-in FCJ staff can see it, and we keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
To send offers and promotions, only if you leave the offers box ticked and then confirm by email.

Your JPS bill is read automatically on our own server; it is not sent to any outside service. Emails are delivered through our email provider (Google). We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Your uploaded bill

Bills are stored in a private area of our server that is not publicly accessible, can only be viewed by signed-in FCJ staff, and are deleted automatically after 90 days. Bills uploaded without completing an estimate are deleted within 24 hours.

Marketing emails

We only send promotional emails to people who opted in and confirmed their subscription. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email fcjsolutionsandtechnology@gmail.com to be removed.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Contact us at fcjsolutionsandtechnology@gmail.com.
